PastaJesce Organic Festoni Pasta

Near Altamura, which lies between Apulia and Lucania, in the green Murgia area, was born our handmade pasta. Careful selection of raw materials, all certified by international corporations, gives taste and quality to our pasta. Long drying processes, from 12 to 18 hours, at low temperatures that don't go beyond 50°C, preserve nutritional values and perfect cooking tenacity. All the pasta is produced with a bronze drawing that gives typical rough and porous character that retains sauces and condiments. We are certified IFS and KOSHER, as well as affiliated to Bio-agricert for organic production and with FDA for the USA export.
